Concrete Coatings Bond-Prep Pigmented Bonding Primer is our premium water-based acrylic formula specifically designed to seal and condition masonry surfaces. Concrete Coatings Bond-Prep Pigmented Bonding Primer may be used on interior and exterior concrete, stucco, precast concrete, plaster, and previously painted masonry or metal surfaces. It has excellent performance on previously painted surfaces that are worn and chalky. Concrete Coatings Bond-Prep Pigmented Bonding Primer may be used under alkyd, latex, acrylic, or elastomeric smooth and textured finishes, and features excellent penetration and adhesion over chalky surfaces.
